Title 25 Costs and Demand
Figure 1, below, depicts Title 25 costs by State Fiscal Year. These are expenditures paid by the Wyoming State
Hospital (WSH) to private “Designated Hospitals” for holding and treating individuals who have been emergently
detained and/or involuntarily hospitalized.
