How to Ask for Help
• Please feel free to call or email me for any help or advice. I am a
resource for the Sales Management team.
• For complicated issues I much prefer a detailed email from you with an
outline of the issue. By sending me an email you give me a chance to
conduct research and respond in detail.
• If you have contacted somebody else for help on the same matter or
submitted a CRM case please let me know so we can avoid doubling-up
on work.
• If the request includes a custom project, custom report or product
feature request it is important to include a business case. I need to
understand why it is important and the potential opportunity costs to
your business.
