agents in various countries since 2005.
Highly qualified, with extensive business contacts and paid exclusively in the
form of commissions on sales, sales agents are an attractive form of entry
into various markets for all kinds of export companies.
However, finding and attracting sales agents towards new business projects
is quite complex. Restricted access, fierce competition from local and foreign
companies to capture their services, strong and independent personalities
and of course, the obvious language and cultural barriers make it difficult to
locate the right sales agent.
CADEXPORT possesses deep-rooted knowledge of these professionals and
has extensive experience searching and selecting agents in several different
sectors and countries.

PROCEDURE
Our campaigns are carried out in five phases:
We filter and personally
contact all sales agents to
present your company and
your agency offer to them.

We define the profile of the agents in consultation with you through
our Brief. An Introduction Fee is charged per agent to be validated and
introduced to your company.

We then filter and evaluate our databases to match the profile that you
have requested. We personally get in touch with the agents, introducing
your company, your products or services and your agency proposal.

We introduce to you the number of candidates previously agreed upon by
sending you their full profile, leaving out their contact and personal details.

From these profiles, you select the candidates that best suit your needs
according to your own criteria. CADEXPORT then charges its Selection
Fee, payable at sight.

CADEXPORT grants you direct access to the agent by confirming the
agent´s name and contact details with your company.
In an average of eight weeks from the start of the process, CADEXPORT will
put you in touch with sales agents who have been filtered according to the
profile that you have requested

OUR GUARANTEE
Our first and foremost: if CADEXPORT does not introduce you to any agents,
there is no charge at all for you.
At the same time our strict selection procedure enables us to ensure that all
the agents we introduce to you fulfil all of these criteria:

The agents sell in the channels that you specify.

All agents will have received full information about your company, products or services and agency proposal.
3
The agents will have expressed interest in the proposal by responding
positively to our offer.

We will put you in direct contact with commission-based sales agents
who have previously confirmed their interest in your company’s offer
and who have capacity to sell your products or services, to ensure the
most favourable environment for concluding an agency agreement.

You are able to apply a triple filter: define the agent’s profile, choose how
many agents you want us to introduce to you and finally, you select only the
agents that best suit your needs and interests out of all of the candidates.

CADEXPORT takes on your company´s challenge: over 50% of our fees are
linked to the number of candidates you select at the end of the process.
LIMITATIONS OF THE SERVICE
CADEXPORT filters and selects the candidates on the basis of the channels
(clients they call on) and the geographical areas in which they operate
according to the information provided by you in your Brief. We do not filter
using any other criteria.
If subsequent negotiations between you and the agents you fail for any
reason not related to our filtering as described in the previous paragraph our
company will not bear responsibility and does not offer any compensation.
Note that this is an agent introduction service; it is not a full agent recruitment
service. We do not guarantee that all introductions will result in hiring, nor do
we have control over the actions or decisions of the validated sales agents.
The information we provide on the selected agents are: name, email, telephone number/s, address, the markets to which they have access, products/
services they currently sell and the geographical area they cover.

Management of meetings’ agenda with agents; both at your office
premises as well as in the country where the agents sell.

Support for the duration of your agenda (business advisory and interpretation services)

Legal advice; we will provide you with a specific commercial agency
contract adapted to the current legislation in the destination market
and advise you on the relevant legal aspects.

Agent Network Management Service: CADEXPORT goes beyond the
introduction of sales agents, managing them on your behalf as your outsourced export department. The best way to get feedback and results
from your new agent network, avoiding communication and untimely
management. Ask us for further details about this option.

to get to know your company and the type of agents you are searching for,
so that we can assist you throughout the entire campaign.

PAYMENT METHOD: OUR PRICE LIST
CADEXPORT divides its fees into two different phases, each one with its own price list:
AGENT INTRODUCTION FEE: we initially set a fee per agent according to the
number of candidates you want CADEXPORT to introduce to you.
AGENT SELECTION FEE: once you have selected the agents with whom you
definitely want to establish contact, we charge a selection fee for each candidate. If no candidates are selected of course no selection fee is charged.
