HUNTER R. "BUNK" MANN III, founder of the agency is a
graduate of the University of
Maryland. Active in community
affairs, Bunk was a co-founder
and served as the first president
of the Fruitland Chamber of
Commerce. Other civic activities
have included President of the
Delmarva Life Underwriters,
Chairman of the Salisbury
Fireman's Muster, and a past
board member of the MidDelmarva YMCA and the Ocean Pines Chamber of
Commerce. In 1980 the Jaycees named Bunk the "Outstanding
Young Man in Salisbury." He has served on the Agents
Council for Old Guard, NGM, and the Peninsula Insurance
Company. He currently serves on the Board of the Fruitland
Chamber of Commerce and the Ocean City Life Saving
Station Museum and in 2010 was named "Citizen of the Year"
for the town of Fruitland. He is a past member of the Salisbury
and Fruitland Volunteer Fire Departments. Bunk holds the
Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation and is a
member of the Million Dollar Round Table, the life insurance
industry's highest sales honor. He and his wife Shari live in
Ocean Pines; they are members of the Ocean City Worship
Center.
CHARLES T. GRAY became president of Mann and Gray
Insurance Associates in January 2010. He is a graduate of
Salisbury University and has
been in the insurance business
since 1977. He joined the Mann
Agency in 1990 and became a
partner and part owner of the
agency in 1998 when the name
was changed to Mann and
Gray. Charlie specializes in
farm insurance and commercial
accounts and holds the
prestigious Certified Insurance
Counselor (CIC) designation. He is a past president of the TriCounty Insurance Agents Association and a past board
member of the Fruitland Chamber of Commerce. Charlie has
served on the Ethics Committee for the City of Fruitland and
coached Little League baseball; he lives in Fruitland with his
wife Erin.
Christina "Tina" Callery is the Office
Manager for Mann and Gray Insurance. She
joined the agency in 1997 and specializes in
auto and homeowners insurance. In addition
to being a four-time winner of our
"Employee of the Year Award," Tina has
served as Secretary of the Fruitland
Chamber of Commerce for over five years.
She and her husband Todd live in Princess Anne with their
children Trent, Lane, and Rosalynn.
Pamela English is our Commercial Lines
Manager and holds the Prestigious CISR
designation. She has over 10 years
experience as a licensed agent and specializes
in personal and commercial lines including
bonds. She works closely with Charlie on his
farm clientele and assists Bunk servicing his
fire departments accounts. Pam joined the
agency in 2008 and was named "Employee of the Year" in 2009 &
2011. She and her husband Harris live in Delmar, MD with her
sons Jordan and Brandon Dykes.
Carol Grant has been in the insurance
business since 2000 working primarily with
auto, homeowners, and flood insurance. She
is dedicated to quality service and will
always go the extra mile to see that a claim is
handled properly. Carol was our "Employee
of the Year" in 2006 and again in 2008. She
and her husband Bill live in Princess Anne,
MD.
Amber Griffin joined Mann and Gray in
2007 as a receptionist but quickly became
such a valuable member of the agency that she
was honored as "Employee of the Year" in her
first year. She went on to complete her
licensing class and passed the state exam
becoming one of the youngest licensed
insurance agents in Maryland at the time.
Amber is our computer expert and specializes in auto and
homeowners sales and service. She lives in Fruitland with her
husband Marques and their children Marques Jr. and Tatum.
Robbin Gray is a producer specializing in
business and farm insurance with over 45
years experience in the insurance field. He has
been prominent in the local business
community having served as president of the
Salisbury Chamber of Commerce, Chairman
of the Delmarva Chicken Festival, and a
volunteer with the United Way. Robbin has
built a strong and loyal clientele and is well known for his many
civic contributions. He and his wife Angela reside in Fenwick
Island, DE.

of the Year” and the following year we opened a branch
office in Ocean Pines. Charlie Gray purchased a share of
the agency in 1998 and our name changed to Mann and
Gray Insurance Associates, LLC. In 2008 we again were
recognized as “Business of the Year” by the Chamber
of Commerce.
