Bayside Area Little League -2017
7, 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12 Year Old All-Star Team Expression of Interest
Each player who would like to be considered for their age group All Star Team must read and consent to the obligations prior
to being considered. Completing this form places the player on a list for consideration to be selected to an All Star team. All
players selected to the All Star team must complete their obligation to the team. It is a big commitment. Players not fulfilling
their commitment will forfeit their ability to be selected on the following year’s Bayside All Star teams. The method of All Star
team player selection may be found in the Bayside Local Rules, found in the handout section of the Bayside website at
www.baysidearealittleleague.com.
All Star Team Obligations (initial next to each):
______- NO VACATION until after All Star Team is eliminated.
______- Cost per player will be no more than $125.
______-Practice is mandatory and players can expect practice 7 days per week for two weeks prior to All Star play beginning.
______-The Manager will determine playing time and playing position.
______-Your signature below places the player on the ballot for possible selection.
______-Player is permitted to decline selection w/o penalty within 48hours of being notified.
______-The dates shown are the estimated start and end dates of the District All Star Tournament:
7 year olds: 6/5-6/15
8 year olds 6/5-6/15
9 year olds 5/30-6/7
10 year olds 6/20-7/1
11 year olds 6/20-7/1
12 year olds 6/23-7/2

teams.
