Page 8 MEET & GREET at DICK’S! Neenah Soccer Club Families and Coaches, rd Saturday April 23 Neenah Soccer Club will be going to Dick’s Sporting Goods to pick-up jerseys and information. Eagle Graphics will have 3 ladies there to heat seal from 9-4. ($5.00 per name) Coaches must have paperwork filled out with their players name and number. Players can bring jersey and paperwork to the table in the back of Dicks and pay $5.00 to Eagle Graphics and wait for it to be heat sealed before leaving. If player cannot or does not want to stay, they need to pay their coach $5.00 and it will be the coach’s responsibility to have the paperwork, rd jersey and money to give to Eagle Graphics to be heat sealed on Saturday the 23 before leaving. If the coach does not want to wait for all jerseys to be heat sealed, coach can pick the jerseys up starting April 27th at Eagle Graphics in Neenah. If coaches do not know what name players want heat sealed, they will need to call players and th get the name and bring them to Eagle Graphics in Neenah no later than April 27 to have them done before the May game start. If players are not able to use Eagle Graphics Services at rd Dicks on May 23 the coach will need to collect $5.25 (tax) per jersey to be heat sealed. th If there are players added to your team after April 27 the player will have to bring a CLEAN JERSEY to Eagle Graphics in Neenah to be heat sealed. We will not heat seal on the jersey if it has been worn because the body odor will ruin the machine and the jersey will have a bad smell Page 9 that will not be able to be washed out. Schedules are managed by East Central. Please like us on Facebook!! NSC FACEBOOK SITE is the secondary communication tool for possible bad weather or poor field conditions. NSC GAME CANCELLATION POLICY: Page 12 Soccer is played in the rain and will only be called off if there is thunder/lightning or if the fields are flooded. NSC has set a deadline of 4 PM to call games off. If storms look like they will end by game time we will not cancel the games, in these cases, the coaches will be responsible for cancelling games. Keep in mind these items: is it safe and will it still be fun for the players! If the referee shows up please pay him/her. Game Time Changes GAME CHANGES U5 thru U10 Teams: If for any reason a game is changed or fields are out of play this will be posted on our website on the main page. All U5 – U6 games that are cancelled due to weather will not be rescheduled. For all U8 – U10 games that are cancelled due to weather, we will reschedule. We will email all coaches to determine if/when we will make up the game. Please reminder your player parents that the club needs their 2 hours of volunteer time to keep costs down. Many of the items we offer are funded by this tournament. 7 AM -12PM time slots Board Members – Currently looking for 2 people for Spring and 2 people for Fall to become Rec Commissioners and help run these 2 awesome programs. Coaching Page 25 SPORTSMANSHIP • Parent and Player Code of Conduct Agreement (This is included in the email sent to all coaches on April 4, 2015) This should be gone through with the parents before your first practice or game. • Encourage positive sportsmanship by example. Remind fellow parents if they get inappropriately carried away with their emotions during the game.
