MEET & GREET at DICK’S!
Neenah Soccer Club Families and Coaches,
rd
Saturday April 23 Neenah Soccer Club will be going to Dick’s Sporting Goods to pick-up
jerseys and information. Eagle Graphics will have 3 ladies there to heat seal from 9-4. ($5.00
per name)
Coaches must have paperwork filled out with their players name and number. Players can
bring jersey and paperwork to the table in the back of Dicks and pay $5.00 to Eagle Graphics
and wait for it to be heat sealed before leaving. If player cannot or does not want to stay, they
need to pay their coach $5.00 and it will be the coach’s responsibility to have the paperwork,
rd
jersey and money to give to Eagle Graphics to be heat sealed on Saturday the 23 before
leaving. If the coach does not want to wait for all jerseys to be heat sealed, coach can pick the
jerseys up starting April 27th at Eagle Graphics in Neenah.
If coaches do not know what name players want heat sealed, they will need to call players and
th
get the name and bring them to Eagle Graphics in Neenah no later than April 27 to have them
done before the May game start. If players are not able to use Eagle Graphics Services at
rd
Dicks on May 23 the coach will need to collect $5.25 (tax) per jersey to be heat sealed.
th
If there are players added to your team after April 27 the player will have to bring a CLEAN
JERSEY to Eagle Graphics in Neenah to be heat sealed. We will not heat seal on the jersey if
it has been worn because the body odor will ruin the machine and the jersey will have a bad
smell

SPORTSMANSHIP
• Parent and Player Code of Conduct Agreement (This is included in the email
sent to all coaches on April 4, 2015) This should be gone through with the
parents before your first practice or game.
• Encourage positive sportsmanship by example. Remind fellow parents if they
get inappropriately carried away with their emotions during the game. Accept
these reminders graciously when offered by other parents.
• Example of what we will not tolerate:
