Dear Parent/Carer
Y2 and Y3 Jolly Olly Soccer Club
Premier Sport, who coach our junior children during curriculum PE time on Mondays and Thursdays,
are offering an after- school Jolly Olly Soccer club for children in Year 2 and Year 3, during Spring
term 2 and for the first two weeks of Summer term 1.
The club will run from 3.30pm – 4.30pm every Monday for six weeks (three weeks during Spring 2,
three weeks at start of Summer 1), starting Monday 7th March, through to Monday 25th April - not
including the holiday! There’s the usual maximum number of 20 children able to take part. Children
will need to have trainers and PE kit suitable for outside sessions.
We are charging £ 2.50 per session, so the cost for the six weeks of coaching will be £15.00. This
will allow us to be ‘break even’, if 20 places are filled.
If you would like your child to take part in this club, please return the consent form by no later than
Tuesday 1st March, to the School Office. Slips will be placed into a hat and drawn, so that all have
an equal chance of participation. Once your child’s place is confirmed, we will require payment at
the first session.

(a) except for visits abroad, insurance arrangements are that the Authority only provides cover against
proven negligence by the Authority and its employees.
(b) I should consider making my own insurance arrangements for personal accident cover for my
son/daughter.
