NOTICE OF 2016 ANNUAL MEETING
December 1, 2016
Dear Trustees:
The 2016 Annual Meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Thunder Bay Catholic District
School Board will convene at 7:00 p.m. on MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2016 in the Board
Room of the Catholic Education Centre.
The meeting will begin with a Mass celebrated by the Rev. Ciaran Donnelly.
In compliance with the Procedural By-Laws, Sheila Chiodo has been appointed Chief
Scrutineer. Omer Belisle will serve as Assistant Scrutineer.
Consistent with past practice, Trustees who are unable to attend the Annual Meeting
may be elected, in absentia, to Committees or to the position of Chair or Vice-Chair, by
indicating their interest by telephone or by letter to the Director prior to the meeting.
