Share sample emails or letters with team members and encourage them to contact all of their friends to ask them to join your team or make a donation. Ask your employer to support stepNout by forming a company team. Communicate often. Keep everyone informed of the team’s fundraising progress. Create friendly competition among team members. Reward those who send out the most emails, recruit the most members and raise the most money. Recognize and highlight team members’ successful efforts. Thank team members for their efforts and participation and encourage them to thank all of their sponsors.
