The actual unit cost in col.4 is to be given in case of the drug already being produced and it should be
comptetive.
Information in Col. No. 6 for Raw Material consumed for this drug as a percentage to total raw material
consumed is to be given and not for individual items.
Percentage of packing material consumed for this drug to total packing material consumed during the year is
to be given only.
In case of new company column 5 will show estimated total cost for the year.
Manufacturing cost should be competetive.
In case of new company column 5 will show estimated cost for the year.
Existing unit pack price is to be given if drug / medicine is already under production and a new price is
demanded.
Information under 2.200 is to cover different preparation of the same drug i.e. tablets, syrup etc.
Enclose invoices in support of given C&F value and indicate on invoices the date and rate of foreign
exchange against Pak. Rupee.
In case of material imported on the basis of currency other than that of the country of export, the reason be
given.
Name of the drug applied for price revision should be given first followed by other drugs. It would be helpful
if comparison is made in tabulated form to facilitate comparison.
