Background
FMS were commissioned to deliver a number of distinct services for
Vinci during the period of engagement. These included




Headhunting a new Operations Director
Client Management support
Compliance auditing
Team Building.
Challenges
Vinci at QEH had a new client and had had several Contract Managers
this had led to a situation where progress was “stalling” with the client
and some short-term support was required to move the contract
forward.
Project overview
FMS had worked at QEH with Vinci before and so had a deep
understanding of many of the site specific issues and this assisted FMS
in reaching targets and milestones much quicker.
This working knowledge of Vinci also helped FMS to fulfill its
obligations in terms of headhunting as it was clear about the type and
profile of the individual needed by Vinci.
