Tariff Other Agencies Maintenance
Overview
This maintenance allows you to set up a tariff or range of tariff numbers and
indicate if the tariff(s) are EPA (Environmental Protection Agency), CPSC
(Consumer Products Safety Commission), TSCA (Toxic Substances Control
Act), or 3X (e.g., subject to 3 times the value for the bond calculation). If one
or more of these fields (EPA, CPCS, TSCA, or 3X) are set flagged, three times
the value will be used for the SEB calculation.
In addition, a Lacey Act flag will set up the tariff number or range of tariff
numbers as indicating that Lacey is either required or may be required.

2. The Results grid (center of the page)
3. The Edit section (bottom of the page)

The Search

Comment
To do a Tariff Other Agencies search,
enter the range of tariff numbers into
the search fields and/or check one or
more of the flags.
The Search is done based on the tariff
number range and/or a flag set for EPA,
CPSC, TSCA, or 3X.
To see all records, leave the search
fields blank.

Click the Find
When you click on the Find button, the
results will display in the Results grid
below.

Results Grid
The Results grid shows the results of the search. You can scroll up and down
the list using the Scroll Bar at the right. To download the Results list to a CSV
formatted file (spreadsheet), click the Download
button.
To add a new Tariff Other Agencies record, click the Add
icon.
To delete a Tariff Other Agencies record, highlight the Tariff Other Agencies

Starting Tariff No. Enter the starting tariff classification
number for the commodity. To do a
look-up to the Tariff table, click the Info
icon next to the field.
This is the starting tariff classification
number. You can enter a single tariff
classification or a range of tariff
classification numbers.
Stopping Tariff
No.
Enter the stopping tariff classification
number for the commodity. To do a
look-up to the Tariff table, click the Info
icon next to the field.
Effective Date
Enter the effective date of the tariff
This is the effective date for the tariff
number(s) or click the Calendar
icon number or range of tariff numbers.

Expiration Date
EPA
This is the stopping tariff classification
number. You can enter a single tariff
number or a range of tariff numbers.
Enter the date when this tariff number
This is the expiration date for the tariff
or range of tariff numbers are no longer number or range of tariff numbers.

this single tariff or range of tariff
classification numbers is subject to EPA
and will be subject to the 3-times the

TSCA and will be subject to the 3-times
the value for SEB calculation.
This field indicates whether or not the
tariff classification number(s) are subject
to TSCA (Toxic Substance Control Act)
and the 3-times the value for SEB
calculation.
Leave the checkbox empty to indicate
the tariff number(s) are not subject to
TSCA.
3X
Click on this checkbox to indicate that
this single tariff or the range of tariff
classification numbers is/are subject to
the 3-times the value for SEB
calculation.
This field indicates whether or not the
tariff classification number(s) are subject
to the 3-times the value for SEB
calculation.
Leave the checkbox empty to indicate
the tariff number(s) are not subject to
the 3-times the value for SEB
calculations.
Modified By
No data entry allowed.
These fields are automatically updated by
the system to indicate who added or
modified this particular record, as well as
the date and time it was last modified.
