Remove all existing redundant control devices, panels, tubing, wiring, hangers, fasteners, and appurtenances. This includes within ceiling spaces where there is a t-bar ceiling. All steam valves 50mm and larger are to have flanged connections. “3. All other valves are to have unions for ease of removal. “4. Install a steam trap for every 16m of piping and every vertical change of direction. “5.
