Axia X1, X2 and XY Routing Control Panels

14 July, 2013 Installation Procedure:
1. Download the 1601-00521-012_axiaxyr_1_1_2b_r1.pkg file from
AxiaAudio.com/downloads/ .
2. Using a PC connected to the Axia network, enter the IP address of the Xn unit you wish to
update. Select the link for the System page. You will be prompted for a username and password;
the default username is user; leave the password field empty and click “OK.”
3. Once you’ve entered the System page, find the Firmware Version section. Two banks are
available; Bank 0 contains the active software version. Use the Browse button adjacent to Bank 1
to navigate to the file you downloaded in Step 1.
4. Once selected, the path and file will be loaded into the text field. Select the Apply button is used
to load the new software version.
5. The upload process can take up to 2 minutes and once complete the page will refresh showing v
1.1.0g loaded into Bank 1.
6. When ready to upgrade, select Bank 1 radio button and press the Apply button. This will reboot
the unit with the new software. The reboot process can take up to 1 minute. During this time the
unit can not be operated.
