This role oversees all Associates within the store (number
can vary per store size) at various time throughout
the week.
Role Requirements: Customer Operations Managers
develop and maintain best in class customer relations
by providing friendly and helpful service when handling
customer inquiries and complaints. They help build
bench strength in the store by driving talent management
activities including associate selection, orientation, training
and development, performance management, counseling
and recognition programs. Customer Operations Managers
lead special store level projects as assigned, monitor
the performance of the Service Department to ensure

Non-Perishable Managers drive sales in the

control, remarkable customer service, etc.). VPs
of Regional Operations develop Store Management
teams and their Associates to build bench strength

Senior Vice Presidents Store Operations lead the
efficient operations of a designated group of regions.
They lead by example and utilize Company values in

Manager Asset Protection
Asset Protection Managers protect the company’s
profitability by investigating the loss of assets

procedures related to safety and security. Asset
Protection Managers execute loss prevention
programs and initiatives, and supervise activities of
the Asset Protection Coordinators and Associates
within their assigned districts.

Supply Chain oversee the development,

Director Store Support
Human Resource Managers lead the Company’s
