(52, 63.5, 67, 56, 71, 75, 60, 81, 86, 65, 91, +91) Friday, July 28th : DEPARTURE - Departure of all Teams VENUE Orbita Hall, Wejherowska 34, 50-001 Wrocław, Poland DELEGATION Each National Team will be consisting of athletes that have been qualified and their coaches. Because of limited number of participants (172 WAKO participants in total) for composition of each National Team following rule will be applied: National Team with 1-3 participating athletes: 1 coach National Team with 4-7 participating athletes: 2 coaches National Team with 8-12 participating athletes: 3 coaches EXTRA OFFICIALS Apart from the total of 172 persons that will receive accreditation, WAKO and the participating Nations have the right to ask for the accreditation of extra officials as follows. Conditions about participation of extra officials depend on Wroclaw Organizing Committee (WOC) offer which will be ready soon. Based on WOC offer WAKO will inform its members. ACCOMMODATION Accommodation of all participating National Teams will be provided in 3* hotel based on full board in single, double and triple rooms. Hotel accommodation offer for WAKO made by Wroclaw Organizing Committee (WOC) will be ready soon. Based on WOC offer WAKO will inform each National Team. Since accommodation is limited for 172 participants and just to avoid possible problems with accommodation WAKO will send to each National Team number and structure of the rooms available. ACCOMMODATION COST All accommodation cost will be covered by National Teams. Price will be sent to all as soon as WAKO receives offer from WOC. INSURANCE Each World Games participant must be insured against the minimum costs of medical treatment. Without proof of health insurance (in English) accreditation of the participant will not be possible. There will be the possibility to buy insurance in accreditation centers (cost ca. 40 euro/week). Minimum desired insurance coverage is 200 000 zł (50 000 euro). The WOC will publish the requirements for insurance of The World Games participants up to the end of 2016. ACCREDITATION WAKO is required to follow a strict timeline to provide the information about athletes and extra officials to the WOC and the IWGA. WAKO shall have the login and the password for the input of the names and requested data. In a separate newsletter WAKO will write to the participating nations with the specific data that are required for the IF passport. For extra officials the WAKO must receive requests from each National Team. VISA There are three scenarios: 1. Citizens not requiring a visa to enter Poland due to being Citizens from EU or EEA countries. 2. Citizens of countries not required to be in possession of a visa for Poland for less than 90 days stay. 3. Citizens of Non-EU/EEA countries other than those in category 2 (i.e. who are required to get a visa). These can apply for various types of visas. The visa type you should apply for depends on the purpose and the duration of your stay. You can apply for short- or long-term visas. The application process usually takes between 10 to 60 days.
