Cancellation / Refund policy:
British Council holds the right to revise or cancel course dates, venues and price without prior intimation. In
case, the course is cancelled by the British Council, full training fee will be refunded to participants.
In case a candidate withdraws his/her participation three weeks before the course, 80% training fee will be
refunded to the candidate.
In case a candidate withdraws his/her participation two weeks before the course, 50% training fee will be
refunded to the candidate.
If a candidate withdraws a week before the course NO refund for the training fee will be made to the
candidate.
Attendance Policy:
It is mandatory for participants to attend all days of the course that they have registered for. If any participant
is absent for even a day they will not be eligible to receive the certificate of participation.
