BEST PRACTICE: Make temporary
power mobile using PDI’s MDU
(Mobile Distribution Unit)
WHY: The mobile board can be easily
transferred to different locations when
needed, allowing for an easier temp power
installation as the job progresses
• Use MDU drawing to have the rack fabricated
locally
• Order from the PDI approved vendor and have
shipped to your job
• Drawing is dimensioned for Square D
transformer and panels Properly ground MDU
