Note: For any Designer registered in Canada who meets the qualifications for a bonus described
in this document, the payout – stated here as United States Dollars (USD) – will be converted into
Canadian Dollars (CAD) at an exchange rate of 1 USD = 1.2 CAD, and paid out in CAD.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The ‘Something for Everyone’ Programs are available to all Origami Owl, LLC or Origami Owl, ULC
(hereinafter “O2”) Independent Designers and Sponsors on the terms and conditions noted for each
Program. O2 reserves the right to discontinue or alter the terms of any Program without notice.
SOAR TO MORE PROGRAM CONDITIONS
++ This Program runs from 4 pm EDT on April 24, 2015 through 11:59 pm EDT on July 31, 2015
(“Program Period”).
++ Independent Designers who are participating in the Ignite Your Team Program may only participate in
the Soar to More Program as a Sponsor.
++ All Designers with an enrollment date of March 1 through July 31, 2015 are eligible to participate in this
Program.
++ Designers who were previously deactivated and choose to re-enroll during the Program Period may
not select a new mentor unless they have been inactive for a minimum of six months prior to the reenrollment date.
++ For purposes of this Program, a “Qualified Jewelry Bar” consists of a Jewelry Bar containing at least
4 orders totaling at least $250 worth of retail value, and all guest orders in the Jewelry Bar must be
submitted and paid for within the applicable 30, 60 or 90 day time frame.
++ Bonuses will be calculated following submission of a valid claim form (see submission details below).
++ Bonus may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged.
++ Non-compliance with these terms & conditions may result in disqualification or forfeiture of the bonus.
++ This Program is void where prohibited and is subject to change, suspension, modification or termination
by O2. All decisions made by O2 concerning this Program or payments of any bonus related to this
Program are final.
++ Liability for federal, state, local, foreign or other taxes imposed upon a bonus received is the
responsibility of the Designer. Bonus recipients agree to accurately complete any applicable tax
documents.
CLAIM SUBMISSION DETAILS
++ A valid claim form must be submitted for the Soar to More Program. All required fields on the
applicable claim form must be completed to be valid.
++ Bonuses will be calculated following submission of a valid claim form. Claim forms must be submitted
by the 5th business day following the end of the month in which the bonus was earned. If not properly
claimed by the 5th business day following the end of the month in which the bonus was earned, the
bonus will be forfeited.
++ Once verified, bonuses will be paid on or before the next monthly commission payout.
++ Bonuses will be paid in the local currency of the Designer receiving the payment.
++ Designers must meet applicable Program requirements during the Program Period to qualify for
the bonus.
