Customers requesting a let must meet the requirements of the Policy for the Protection
of Children in Council Let Facilities. This requires customers that run activities and/or
care for children under 18 to be registered with an appropriate Child Protection Body. It
is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that they comply with all legislation and best
practice in relation to child protection. In signing this form you acknowledge that you
understand and shall comply with these responsibilities.

Accounts are rendered monthly and any Club who fails to make the appropriate payments within
one month of the date of issue will not be granted further use of Council facilities until the account
has been settled in full.
Subsequent failure to settle accounts on time will lead to a total withdrawal of bookings.
Cancellation timescales are as follows:Weekday bookings to be cancelled – must be telephoned in no less than 48 hours before
booking.
Weekend bookings to be cancelled – must be telephoned in no later than 5.00 pm on the
Wednesday before that weekend.
Failure to cancel within these timescales will result in the full charge for the booking being
made.
