Game Plan - Nerium minimum activities to grow a business 24 hours per month (~5 hours per week) to do the following: 1. 2 Exposures each day (see 5 questions below). (10 min ea./day, 3.5 hours/mo) 2. 2 Follow ups for the exposures the day before (10-15 min ea./day, 3.5 -4.5 hours/mo) 3. Build a list (1 hour/mo) 4. Schedule 2 RRPs per month (2 hours each, 4hr/mo) 5. Listen to CU call on Tuesday (or replay – 1 hour/wk, 4/mo) 6. Attend NU every Monday (or replay – 1 hour/wk, 4/mo) 7. Attend Regional Training event every month. (3 hours/mo) Exposures: 5 Questions. You must have purposeful conversations with others. There are 4 steps to this process and then 5 questions for Opportunity, and 5 different questions for Products. DO NOT “vomit” all over someone with Nerium or Network Marketing! 1. Earn the right to communicate (use “FORM = Family, Occupation, Recreation, Motivation” - build rapport - build trust). 2. Uncover the problem (this is where the 5 questions comes in - see below) 3. Present the solution to the problem with 3rd party tools (never be the message) 4. Solve the problem by giving them an easy way to try it. (Next steps flyer) Cold Market is slightly different than warm market. With a warm market some of these questions may already be answered but your conversation should adapt for warm market to still do the same steps. The following are for cold market (people you don’t know). Opportunity: 1. What do you do? (warm market: I know you do <job>, are there other side projects?) 2. How long have you done it? 3. Do you like it? 4. If you had all the money in the world to do what you wanted, what would you do? 5. Are you open to add something else in your life part time? If they say yes, then say, “awesome I’d like to share a short video to introduce it and find out if it’s for you or not. May I have your email address to send it?” - If they have time you could show them the video on your phone or iPad right then. Remember to follow up in 24-48 hours. Products: Always wait in a conversation until you are asked, “What do you do”. The rest of this will only work if they show interest to your answer of “anti aging”. WAIT patiently until they ask more. If they ask, “What company” then say. “Nerium, have you heard of it?” - if no then move on to the 5 questions. If yes, ask, “Have you tried it?” If they have tried it ask about their experience. If not then go to 5 questions: 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. What do you use now for skin care? How long have you used it? What do you like about it? If it could do one thing it doesn’t do, what would that be? Are you open to try something new? You can either capture their info and send a video or do an eye serum or eye patch demo if there is time, or schedule a time to deliver a bottle. In any case GET THEIR INFO and schedule a follow up.
