PROSPECTUS Open to OSA Members and the Public 200 for Under $200 2016 Entry Instructions Artist may enter up to three pieces of work on 12x12 cradle boards purchased at OSA. Entry fee includes the cradle boards. Artwork may be of any subject, medium and style. Artwork must be two dimensional, on American Easel Cradle Boards, NO frames. Artist are requested to attend the reception. All members are required to sit the gallery at least once during the month of the show. Entry is open to All Members of OSA and the Public. All work will be hung in the show. No work will be eliminated by the juror. Presentation Oregon Society of Artists 2185 S.W. Park Place at St. Clair Portland, Oregon 97205 November 4 – December 1, 2016 Artists’ Reception - FRIDAY November 4, 2016 – 6pm to 9pm Please read carefully Work must be on American Easel 12”x12” cradle boards purchased at OSA. All work must have flat D ring hangers attached on the back 4” from the top. Wire must be attached to the D rings and taunt. No frames. Nothing can protrude beyond the 12” diameter. Entry Fee: One Cradle Board - $35 Each additional cradle board - $15 ea Total number of entries = 3/artist • Delivery Date Artwork must arrive: October 31, 2016 - 10am to 4pm November 1, 2016 – 10am to NOON A $10 Storage Fee will be assessed on all work left 3 days beyond the close of the exhibit. If the artist does not pick work within 14 days of the close of the exhibit, the artwork will become the property of The Oregon Society of Artists and will be donated to a charitable organization. He currently lives in Portland, Oregon with his wife and son. He earned his MFA from Illinois State University in 2011 and has exhibited at both national and international venues. He has work in the permanent collections at Penang State Museum & Art Gallery in Malaysia and at Bethany Lutheran College. Along with his studio practice, he has worked as a studio assistant to Harold Gregor, and has taught at Colleges and Universities in Minnesota and Illinois.
