Too forfeits by a manger and/or coach will disqualify them from coaching next season. Playoffs and all-star games will be outlined and scheduled by the board of directors – no exceptions. Any player, coach or fan arguing with umpires on the field of play will result in an automatic ejection of that game. The first time there will be a warning. The second time they will be asked to leave the field. If this is not adhered to, your team will forfeit the game. 16) Please keep fields and dugouts clean after every game. See PelhamLittleLeague.org for additional league rules. Code of Conduct Pelham Little League endorses and enforces a code of conduct for officials, coaches, parents, players and spectators. This document clearly outlines how everyone should conduct themselves on the field before, during and after baseball and softball games. Everyone needs to: respect one another, respect officials’ decisions, engage in fair play and abide by all game rules, refrain from verbal and/or profane abuse as well as threatening physical violence, win and lose with good sportsmanship. If someone does not abide by the code of conduct the officials have it in their power to ban the presence of that individual from that sporting event and from future sporting events. The code of conduct also includes some very helpful suggestions to the parents such as keeping sibling away from the dugout/bench (for safety), reminding children to respect their coaches and fellow players as well as the equipment. For a more complete “Code of Conduct” please visit the Little League web site at PelhamLittleLeague.org Everyone really needs to remember that these sporting events should be good clean fun for the kids In the event of rain during the season, the easiest way to check if the fields are open is to visit the assigned field. If a red flag is “up”, the games are canceled For rain out information please call the Pelham Little League hot line at 738-7555 (PLLL).
