Dear Badria ,
I’m sorry I haven’t been in touch because I have been very busy. I would like to tell you that my brother Adil
and I set up our own company last April. It is called “The Golden Cosmetics” I’m the manager and Adil is in charge
of marketing . We invested a lot of money in business, so we haven’t made profits yet, but sales are good.
We are exporting a lot of : jewellery ; cosmetics ; perfume, and Iraqi food to Kuwait and Lebanon. It is
difficult to compete with the world products but our products are popular in the region and our prices are suitable
for all. So the future looks very bright.
A month ago, we flew to UAE to show our new products there. We signed a contract with two famous stores
in Dubai and Beruit .
