7. Fair Usage / Always On
Throttling to

lower bandwidth as a customer crosses different thresholds of

8. Counter Based Bandwidth
This feature enables an ISP to attach a bandwidth to any counter offering. The
customer is moved to that bandwidth when the counter matches e.g. offering
a 4mbps bandwidth with a Night Counter. The counter could be bundled with
the base subscription or it could be an add-on counter subscribed separately
by the customer.
