COACH PARKING INFORMATION for
YOUNG VOICES

THE O2
Coach Parking
The coach park entrance can be accessed from West Parkside and is
marked on the attached map as ‘Coach Parking’. When the coach park is
full you may be directed towards the overflow parking area located in Car
Park 1. Our pre-booked coach parking tariff £40, or £25 for minibuses. You
must pre-book your parking space by visiting http://www.theo2.co.uk/visitus/parking (This information is also available in the Teacher Centre on our
website teachers.youngvoices.co.uk and also in the London group of the
YV Teachers Community).
If you do not pre-book your parking we cannot guarantee you a space on
site and you may be turned away. Our pay on the day tariff is £50 for both
coaches and minibuses.
If your school is travelling on more than one coach then please call us on
020 8463 6718 (Mon-Sun 10am-6pm) to pre-book your coach parking
Coach drop-off and pick-up
Coaches may arrive from 10:00hrs to drop-off school parties in ‘Car Park 1’
only (see map). Coaches must depart Car Park 1 immediately after
dropping off their passengers.
Coaches may only return to Car Park 1 after 20.00hrs and not before.
Any coaches arriving before this time will either be turned away or
charged the full pay on the day coach parking tariff.
NB: We advise that you have your coach driver’s/company’s mobile
number for ease of departure after the concert.
We also advise you check that the driver who drops you off is the
same driver as the one picking you up. Problems occur when
companies use two different drivers and the latter one is often
unaware of the pick up details.
