Schedule of Broadcasts
 Pre-entering presentation information dynamically
generates a full schedule page
 Presentations are organized by Day, Time, Room
 Users can see what presentations they want to
watch ahead of time, and even share URL’s
where viewing will happen
Currently On
 During the event the software produces an easy
to glance at “What’s on now” page making it
easy for users to quickly see what’s available to
watch at any moment. This feature is also
helpful for attendees who want a quick glance at
what’s happening live.
Viewing
 The video stream is paired with an easy to see
and read powerpoint presentation giving the
user the best possible environment to follow
along.
 Viewers can control the powerpoint and follow
along at their own speed
Admin Interface
 An easy to use admin interface makes setting
up a new broadcast painless
 Conversion of powerpoints happen from within
the GRSS website automagically
 Authors can submit their presentations files in
advance of the event with a simple web form
and check off copyright permissions
Training
 Three written documents were produced with
annotated screenshots and step by step
instructions
 Narrated video walkthroughs show the full
process step by step
 These help files are stored on the GRSS
website to be reused
