The ConfidencePlus ® warranties apply to cases of loss of shell integrity resulting
in implant rupture or implant deflation, capsular contracture (Baker Grade III/IV),
double capsule and late seroma that require surgical intervention.
Events not covered
The ConfidencePlus ® warranties do not apply to:
• Dissatisfaction with implant size or aesthetic appearance
• Adverse reactions other than implant rupture, deflation, capsular contracture
(Baker Grade III/IV), double capsule and late seroma
• Loss of product integrity caused by open or closed capsulotomy
• Other manufacturers’ products
• Financial reimbursement for a non-NATRELLE ® replacement product in lieu
of a NATRELLE ® replacement product

Your surgeon must contact the Allergan Canada Product Support Team prior to replacement surgery. The surgeon is
required to return the explanted, disinfected NATRELLE ® breast implant(s) to assist with evaluating and maintaining
the quality and safety of NATRELLE ® breast implants.
Financial assistance will be issued upon receipt and verification of all required documentation.
