WORKING TOGETHER AS ONE COMMUNITY
The diversity of the Paralympic community is its greatest strength. Currently, however, there is a
disconnect in terms of an understanding of each stakeholder’s roles1. Understanding how to better
link, engage, and align all of our efforts is key to securing the future.
