Aman Welfare Organization conducted the survey in Union Councils Nawab Pur and Lutfabad
on 15th September, 2014.

Current situation of areas
The condition of the people is harmful and miserable. They got the assistance from government
and public but in the shape of food, medicines and tents. The current situation is very worst of a
huge population in the above mentioned areas. They have not proper basic needs. There is not
arrangement regarding sanitation and much need of WASH. This terrible situation made much
harmful and their lives are on risk too especially for women and children.
Health Situation
The peoples in camps facing different kinds of diseases like fever, cough stomach and skin
problems. According to them they are getting just rice in food that’s why their stomach is
disturbed. The infant also are not getting the proper food and they are suffering from cholera.
Situation of relief camps
The numbers of established camps are not satisfactory for the huge miserable population.
Because more than one family is living in one tent more than 14 members in a whole family.
Providing relief and type of relief
Currently not any organization is providing any kind of relief to them. Just they are suffering &
getting help from Government, public support & self help.
