(1)All payments must be made by credit card. (VlSA, AMEX, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER)
(2) Apartment must be completely vacant; Maid of Honor representatives
will not address trash, debris, furniture, or any other items left in the
apartment. These items will remain untouched and resident(s) will be
responsible for any and all trash out fees.
(3) Offer extends only to whole apartments; MOH will not schedule
cleanings for individual bedrooms, bathrooms, or common areas.
(4)The offer only includes vacuuming of carpeted areas, no shampooing or stain removal. Please note that Maid of Honor representatives will
not address stains, tears, or damage to carpet or carpet padding.
