Medical Assisting - Round Two Information 2017 For Competitors What to Expect: • Report Information: • Location: Everest University Report Room: Coronado Resort Veracruz Porte Cochere Buses depart at 9:50 and 10:30 am. Check-in with the bus coordinator. If you miss the bus, notify CE headquarters immediately – you may not be able to participate in the event if you miss the bus. Medical Assisting will be sharing a bus with Physical Therapy. You will be on the bus approximately 40 minutes each way to get to the site. The bus will return to Coronado Springs at approximately 12:10, 1:40 and 2:25 pm. • • Competitors will be asked to perform skills in two separate judging rooms. After competition, there is an area for you to wait until the bus returns you to Coronado Springs. There IS access to food for purchase while you wait. Dress Code: Competitors should follow the CE dress code as explained in the event guidelines and in Appendix F. After competition, competitors should be sure to complete the event evaluation form to provide feedback to event personnel.
