Job title: Installation Team Leader/Driver
Reports to: Installation Project Manager
Number of direct reports and job title (If applicable):
Up to 5 Installation Crewmen
Role (Overall Job Purpose):
To ensure that the Installation service performance, meet and exceed customer expectation, is in accordance
with established SOP’s, and is carried out in a safe and professional manner.
Assessing, planning and managing teams on site.

Description of Responsibilities and Key Tasks
 Understand and comply with Health & Safety requirements
 Receiving product and despatching product into and out of a warehouse
 Operation of various MHE within a warehouse environment and on customer sites
 Loading & Unloading of vehicles
 Delivering to / Collecting from, customer sites (incl. Route planning and Scheduling)
 Offloading & Positioning product to customer sites / Removing & Loading from customer sites
 Assessing & Planning jobs (incl. conducting Site Surveys)
 Assisting Project Managers in the planning of complex jobs
 Managing teams on site
 Operation of Company IT systems and the production of required documentation.
Qualifications required (Formal education, professional qualifications, specific industry accreditations)

 Second Level Education
 Any Trade Qualification
(eg. Leaving Cert / GCSE A Level)
 HGV Driving Licence
 Manual Handling Cert.
 Forklift trained
 Safe Pass
 Driving Licence (B)
