Executive Options scheme share price set
Following the group reorganisation in 2012 the executive and issued option scheme was adjusted as
per the option agreements to take into account the change in shares on issue and the entity issuing
the shares.
The Board has now set the exercise price for the purchase of shares at NZD6.00. All other terms of
the Option Agreement remain the same.
The Board considers this a target which incentivises those associated with the listing of the company
and its ongoing growth and profitability to grow shareholder value.
The options to purchase shares may be exercised at anytime up to 15 August 2016 and require the
holder to pay the full share price of NZ$6.00 per share to the company in return for the issuance of
shares.
