I understand that you have already received a copy of the Ecological Briefing Note, however I also attach this for ease. As you will know from the previous emails, the methodology undertaken slightly differed from that detailed in the briefing note owing to the presence of asbestos on site. However the removal of vegetation and topsoil was still removed in a sensitive manner. Please can you confirm that Condition 7 can be discharged. Let me know if you require any further information.
