Internet Explorer 7.0 Settings
The following settings should be set for trusted site zone to allow users to login.
From the IE main navigation menu, select Tools > Internet Options.
From the Security tab click on Sites button and add to following websites to zone:
ul.promys.com
beta.promys.com
p4.mypromys.com
Click on Custom level button to adjust the security settings for Trusted Sites Zone.
Reset to low level setting
The following settings should be set as displayed for Outlook Sync for trusted sites:
Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run
without prompting – Enable
Allow Scriptlets – Enable
Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls - Enable
Binary and script behaviors - Enable
Download signed ActiveX controls – Enable
Download unsigned ActiveX controls - Prompt
Initialize and script ActiveX controls not
marked as safe for scripting – Prompt
Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins – Enable
Script ActiveX controls marked
safe for scripting - Enable
The following settings should set for opening word document by IE7
Automatic prompting for file downloads – Enable
File download - Enable
Use Pop-up Blocker - Disable
The following settings should be set for encoding
Set to- Unicode (UFT-8)
The following settings should set for IE8 and IE9
Set to compatibility mode for :
ul.promys.com
beta.promys.com
p4.mypromys.com
