Site: Huntington University Klopfenstein Courts (Main) Huntington North High School Match Play:
Junior matches will begin Thursday and Friday at 9AM and play during the day. Adult matches will
begin at 5PM Saturday all matches will begin at 9AM Fee: Singles $15 Doubles $20 per team Entry
Deadline: Monday, June 5th Draw Information: Will be posted on Tuesday, June 6th by 12PM
Tournament Format: First match consolation tournament will be made for all 1st round losers Rules:
This is a non-sanctioned event. USTA rules and point penalty system will be enforced. Tournament
Director’s decisions are final. Awards: Winners, runners-Up and consolation winners will receive

The draw for all divisions will be limited to the first 16 entrants. Second round matches will be pout on open
courts when available. ONE HALF HOUR rest time will be given between matches. All matches will be 2 out
of 3 sets with a super tiebreaker being played instead of the 3 rd set, EXCEPT for the 12 and under group it is 8

TOURNAMENT RULES: All players are responsible for contacting the tournament committee or checking
website to verify their first round match date & time.. Players must report 15 minutes before match time. If
inclement weather forces re-assignment of matches, players must accept such re-assignment of suffer default.
In case of a large draw, qualifying rounds will be scheduled prior to first round matches. If the draw is small for
an event, the committee reserves the right to combine events to complete a bracket of play. 15 minutes’
default rule will be enforced. Players may play in only two events. 2 out of 3 sets with 12-point tiebreaker in all
sets. Warm-ups limited to 10 minutes. Ages determined as of July 4, 2017. All juniors are guaranteed two
matches. There will be a consolation bracket for all first round losses. All consolation matches will be 8 game
pro-sets, with a tiebreaker at 7 all. For seeding purposes, please list playing experience from schools, clubs, and
tournaments on back of form. IMPORTANT - One completed entry form required for each player. Please make
copies of this form if necessary. Snacks and drinks available at courtside. For additional information, please call
