The following conditions apply to all moves:
 Deliveries/Move-ins and removals/Move-outs may only occur within the timeslots Monday to Friday. Deliveries and
removals must not occur outside these times or on public holidays or weekends.
 The residents must endure that the removalist holds public liability and workers compensation insurance.
 Deliveries and removals are to be booked with Building Manager at least a week in advance, at which time this
form is to be submitted. Residents and/or their contractors who arrive without a prior booking may be refused
access.
 Residents to complete an inspection report (see reverse side of form) and sign and submit to the Building
Managers office before contractors can be permitted to commence a delivery or removal.
 Move-in and Pet Register form (if applicable) must be fully completed and submitted to Building Manager before
move can commence, without exception to the Building Manager prior to Move-in.
 Removal trucks cannot enter the car park due to 2.1 meter clearance. Please also advise the removalist not to
park between the car park entry and exit roller doors at any time. The truck may be parked in the loading bay area
in the loading bay area of the building at Moore Street entrance.
 All furniture/boxes or any bulky items to be transported only via Moore Street Entry and through the allocated lift
facing towards Moore Street. Strictly no furniture or bulky items to be moved through the front entry lobbies.
 Stacked items must not block entry or exit pathways at any time.
 Following the move, all large packing boxes must be taken away by the removalist. Any construction type waste or
materials is also the contractor’s responsibility to remove from the building, in the contractors own containers.
 No rubbish, paper, boxes or bottles can be left in the corridors, fire stairs or on the floors of the garbage chute
rooms. All hard waste to be removed by the residents at their own expense. Strictly no dumping of hard waste in
any part of the building (including bin area), common area, foyer, car park, rear or front of building.
 Failure to remove and/or dispose of excess rubbish and packaging may result in cleaning fees being charged to
the resident.
 Building Manager will conduct inspection both prior and following the subject move.
 Items should not be dragged or pushed across the foyer. The residents or their owners will be held responsible for
any damages caused during move-in/move-out either by the contractor or by themselves.
 Residents will be held liable if their chosen delivery company causes any damage to common area or any part of
GUILD and refuse to accept responsibility.
 The Resident or the Removalist to provide a copy of a Public Liability Insurance before unloading and sign the
“Move-in/out Indemnity Form” before delivery can commence. GUILD Management reserves the right to deny
entry if either of the party refuse to sign the form.
 The directions of the Building Manager must be followed at all times.
