Competition is free to enter. Complete the entry form including your contact details and submit online
during the promotional period.
Entries will only be accepted via the Order-In competition online form. No responsibility is accepted for
late, lost or misdirected entries.
Promotion closes on 2 June 2017. Valid entries must be received before the closure of the promotion.
Winners will be announced on 9 June 2017
Submissions will be judged on story quality and the impact the entrant had on an organization or
individual(s).
Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
Entry is open to all Executive/Personal Assistants residing in Australia.
Employees and their immediate families of Order-In are not permitted to enter the competition.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
All fields on the competition entry form must be completed.
Entrants in the competition may enter multiple times.
Entrants must provide a valid email address to enter.
There will be three (3) winners, who will win one of $100 Westfield gift cards.
The Promoter shall endeavour to contact the winners via email or phone on 9 June 2017. In the event that
a winner cannot be contacted after two days, an alternate winner will be selected.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the
Competition result or winning entries.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize values. Prizes, or any unused portion
of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity. Identification considered
suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. In the event that a winner cannot provide
suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
In the event that a prize(s) is/are not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute prize(s) in its
discretion to the same and equal recommended retail value.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers
with the entry process, or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
Unless expressly stated within these Conditions of Entry regarding all prizes, all other expenses become
the responsibility of the winner.
Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a
winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period
without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition (including any outcome).
By entering the Promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees and permits the Promoter
to use the entrant’s personal information, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity
purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending

the entrant electronic mail messages. A request to access, update or correct any information should be
directed to the Promoter.
The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the competition and may, for this
purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service
providers and prize suppliers. Entry is conditional on providing this PI.
By submitting an entry, you agree to be added to the Order-In Pty Ltd database and consent to receiving
general communication from time to time. Your details will never be shared with any third party.
All entries become the property of the Promoter.
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not
limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of
participating in this promotion or accepting any of the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be
excluded by law.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion at its discretion.
By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
