Photographs
Your YAC Branch volunteers may take photographs or videos of your child during activities.
With your permission, we would like to use these to promote and celebrate the YAC in print
and online.
Your local YAC Branch is part of a national network of Branches which are co-ordinated by
the Council for British Archaeology (CBA). YAC Branch photographs are sometimes used by
the CBA in, for example, advertising leaflets, the CBA’s magazine British Archaeology, the
CBA’s websites and social media pages.
YAC and the CBA have strict rules on the use of photographs, and we will never publish
personal information about your child with their photographs without your express
permission.
Any photographs taken at your YAC Branch are kept and accessed only by your YAC Branch
volunteers and CBA staff. We will keep them securely and may use them at any time in the
future.
If you have any questions about how we use photographs, please speak to the team at your
Branch or contact YAC staff using the details below.
We would like to record your and your child’s permission for us to take and publish these
