Mobile Banking iPad Mini Giveaway
Eligibility for iPad Mini Giveaway Promotion:
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. By signing up for Mobile Banking the first 500 unique entries will be
automatically entered into the drawing.
2. ELIGIBILITY EXCEPTIONS AND GENERAL TERMS: Participation is limited to U.S. residents. Must comply with
Greater Kentucky Credit Union policies and procedures. Employees of Greater Kentucky Credit Union, its affiliates and
subsidiaries and their immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) are ineligible. Contest
void where prohibited or restricted by law. All entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and accept all decisions
of Greater Kentucky Credit Union as final.
3. ENTRIES: To be eligible to enter the iPad drawing, the Participant must: Enroll in Mobile Banking within the
promotional time period and download our Mobile App. The potential prize winner will be selected in a random drawing,
from among all eligible entries received. Limit one entry per Social Security Number. Greater Kentucky Credit Union is
not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems,
servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by Greater Kentucky
Credit Union on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination
there of, including any injury or damage to registrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from
participation or downloading any materials in the Giveaway. All decisions are in the sole and absolute discretion of
Greater Kentucky Credit Union.
4. PRIZE DESCRIPTION: One (1) Apple 16GB iPad Mini with Wi-Fi. Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize
is $329.00. Any state or federal taxes that may be owed on prize winnings are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
The item’s receipt will be provided by Greater Kentucky Credit Union. Prize cannot be returned to merchant for cash
value, but may be returned to merchant for store credit in the amount of the item paid by Greater Kentucky Credit Union.
Prize winners will be required to provide their taxpayer identification number to Greater Kentucky Credit Union, which will
be reported to the Internal Revenue Service. Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and may not
be substituted. iPad® is a registered trademark of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. Apple is not a
participant in or sponsor of this promotion.
5. PRIZE WINNER NOTIFICATION: The prize winner will be notified by mail or telephone. Winner will be required to
sign a publicity release and return it with 7 days of notification or prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate
winner. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising
and promotional services without additional compensation. The name of the prize winner may be posted at all Credit
Union branches and may be published in the Credit Union's newsletter and other information resources (including the
Credit Union's website).
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Greater Kentucky Credit Union is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in
any Contest-related materials; stolen, lost, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries. Greater Kentucky Credit Union
reserves the right to cancel or modify Contest if fraud or technical failures compromise the integrity of Contest as
determined by Greater Kentucky Credit Union in its sole discretion. Greater Kentucky Credit Union reserves the right to
verify eligibility qualifications of winner.
