I Can’t Get On The Internet!!!
Nothing is more frustrating than trying to do your school work and finding out that you
are not connected to the internet. Here are a few very basic steps that may fix your
issue:
1.) Try typing in a different web address in the address bar of your browser. It could
be the site you are trying to get to is down and not your access to the internet.
2.) Turn off your wireless with the button on the top right of your keyboard and then
turn it back on. Wait a few seconds and then try to get on your website again.
3.) Try rebooting your machine. Start, Shut Down, Restart. Many times this will
resolve your issue.
4.) Try a different web browser. If Chrome is not working then try to get to the web
using Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox.
If after trying all the above steps you still cannot get to the internet – please come to the
tech room (HS 108) for assistance.
