A Brilliantly Social & Entertaining Long Weekend in the Bush

Dear Sir/Madam,
In the October holiday weekend we are holding our seventh annual “Eye Go Game
Spotting”, EGGS, at the LUMO Community Wildlife Sanctuary. The event aims to raise
awareness for this fantastic community project that is a major player in preserving the
vast Tsavo eco system. EGGS 2015 raised Ksh 1.8 million Kenya shillings that was used
to improve the lot of the shareholders that have dedicated 48,000 acres of their land to
conservation.
At EGGS 2016 we are expecting about 175 competitors from all walks of life within East
Africa. We have set ourselves an ambitious target of Ksh Two Million after costs.
The raffle is an important element in our fantastic fun weekend and we ask that you
please donate a prize to help us in this worthy cause. We ensure that there is no
wastage of funds, and that the community will benefit from your generosity.
From our target of Ksh Two Million funds will be distributed for: - Eye Care within the
community Ksh 1,100,000/=. Sanctuary infrastructure; water distribution, signage and
road repairs Ksh 500,000/=. Local community education including conservation
education Ksh 400,000/=. Any monies raised over Ksh two million will be distributed
50% to eye care and the balance equally to the other projects.
