Andres Beiras-Fernandez
Professor of Experimental Cardiac Surgery at the JW Goethe University of Frankfurt. Consultant cardiac surgeon at the University Hospital. Responsible for
the Heart Insufficiency Programme (Heart Trx. and VAD). Director of the
experimental unit in Cardiothoracic Surgery. Main research interest in
immunosupression and endothelial reactions, adhesion molecules
and heart insufficiency. German transplantation Prize 2010.
