Specific Details Regarding VIP Passes
We will not have a VIP section this time because this party is a VIP party. Everyone who gets the
VIP Hour pass will get into the venue before regular doors open. Our party will be in great
demand so these VIP Hour passes are extra valuable this round. Guests usually come and go from
parties so everyone who is issued a regular pass still will have a chance to get into the club at some
point in the night.
We wish we could give more VIP Hour passes to each sponsor but then we can't guarantee that
all guests with these passes will get into the club if we do that. It's just simple math.
Sponsors MUST Arrive On Time
All sponsors will be required to arrive during the first half hour of the VIP
hour to guarantee your space and table in the venue. If you are planning on
having a dinner before heading to the venue then please make those plans
around this event. We will have a full venue by the end of the VIP Hour or the
beginning of regular doors opening.
Affiliate Ball is your turn key solution for entertaining clients
The Affiliate Ball has the tools available to make hosting a party super easy for sponsors. Our
marketing and reach will target our industry eye balls as you receive incredible exposure. We have a
dedicated Meet Market booth the day before so that all registered guests and sponsors can come pick
up their passes. This means you don't have to run around the trade show and city. We also have an
online printable pass that we will email to all registered guests about a week before the party. If you
plan on having a trade show booth you can have stacks of regular passes to issue out. In the past
we've listed which sponsors will have passes for pick up at their booths to help attract more foot
traffic for more face to face time with potentially great new business contacts.
Our parties are legendary. This will be our best Affiliate Ball yet and would love the opportunity to
share that exposure with your company. It's time to step things up a notch and we'd love for your
