what you need to do next. It is not about getting “rid” of limiting beliefs or fear. It is about Discovering
More of You so you have more tools in your toolbox to manage life and work effectively and joyously.
This exercise will help you to look into those fears and beliefs and begin to see how you can transform
them into empowering actions. As you move through this process, you will begin to be more self-aware
so that you can consciously choose how you see the world vs letting your subconscious “drive the bus.”
Our limiting beliefs can be influenced by: (Fill the blanks.)

what you see as possible in your life – parents, siblings, coach, teacher, church, grandparent,
relative, boss, neighbor, other)

On the line, write the opposite of each of these experiences or situations. For example:
The opposite of “medications” might be “healthy and feeling fine!”; “No Free Time”
might be “I have all the time I need to get things done at work and home.” ; “Doubt
Myself” might be “I trust my judgement.”
