ARCP Requirements Key Documentation: (all required for satisfactory completion) These documents are important and all need to be completed. Try to book a time with your supervisor to sit down and complete the important forms, perhaps with a Supervised Learning Event (SLE) too (see section on SLE’s ahead). A meeting at the start of the post, the middle, and towards the end will be required. Supervised Learning Events (SLE’s): Note – there is no requirement for a minimum total of MiniCEX and CbD, instead aim for quality not quantity. Useful Supervised Learning Events will challenge, act as a stimulus for reflection and uncover learning needs. Although the numerical requirement for SLE’s has been removed, trainees are expected to demonstrate achievement of competencies through multiple strands of evidence including SLE’s.
