Reserve the number of spaces needed for your unique set up: if you have a 10’x 35’ tent, you would reserve 4 spaces for a total of 40’ in length. b) All fees must be paid in full prior to set up c) Vendors are welcome to arrive and set up no earlier than Tuesday August 2 at 2 pm. Registration will open on Thursday August 4 at 9 AM. d) Vendors are welcome to also sell items during non-show hours beginning Wednesday August 3 through Monday August 6. The grounds will remain fenced during show hours (Friday and Saturday 9-5, Sunday 9-12) and visitors must pay admission to visit the show during those times. e) Vendors wishing to have customers pick up items must arrange to do so during non-show hours, unless prior arrangements are made with ABM staff. f) ABM will provide overnight security on the grounds Thursday August 4, Friday August 5, & Saturday August 6. Vendors set up at any other time are doing so at their own risk. The ABM is not responsible for missing or damaged goods. g) All vendors must supply their own tent(s). Party Rentals out of Watertown, NY can supply tents: 315-7885097. h) Chairs and tables are available for rent, with at least 3 days prior notice.
