They are tow internet connections (ADSL).

Where is this internet connection delivered/terminated?
One of the connections is at the office of the diplomatic attaché and the other at
the Ambassador.

If the internet connection is not terminated in the server room ( Rack room) then:

Until now, There is no telecom room nor server room.
The terminations are connected directly to wireless modems.
But they showed us a room that they want to transform to “telecom &
server” room.

is the type of the cable? (If possible)
No cable laid.
2.4.4.3 In case no cable is laid between telecom room and server room, can a

The building is not wired so there is the need for installation of a network wiring throughout the
building.
Internet speed is a bit low, we propose the installation of a satellite antenna Vsat to stabilize
and maintain the flow.
