For levels 2 - 7 there are no formal qualifications required, the level you undertake will depend on your experience and job role. In most cases you will already be a manager or leader with the ability to apply the skills and experience learned during your qualification. Please note, Level 8 learners must hold a Level 7 or equivalent qualification and must hold/have held a position in senior management for at least 3 years. Where can I study for a CMI qualification?
